Andrew Coleman has over two decades of expertise in fluorescent pigments. Starting his career at Dane Fluorescent Pigments in 2000, Andrew mastered the fundamentals of pigment manufacturing through hands-on experience in laboratories and factories. His career advanced into sales management roles at Swada, Sterling Color, and NovaGlo, overseeing European markets.
In 2007, he became Sales Director, focusing on global markets, particularly EMEA and Asia, and achieving consistent growth. Following the 2019 merger of the UK plant with Radiant Color, he excelled as Regional Sales Manager.
In 2025, Andrew joined Brilliant Group as Sales Manager for EMEA and APAC. With experience spanning 55 countries, he brings unmatched market knowledge and a deep understanding of fluorescent pigments, ensuring Brilliant Group’s customers receive exceptional solutions tailored to their needs. Andrew holds a BA Hons in Marketing from Anglia University in the UK.
